Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, Lord Krishna’s world’s tallest temple in making, celebrated the appearance of Lord Rama on 15th April 2016 Friday at The Constitution Club in Delhi. The celebration was attended by many dignitaries and devotees including Shri Manish Sisodia, Honb’le Deputy CM of NCT of Delhi. Jhulan Seva for festival deities of Lord Rama was performed with Sankirtana, Pravachana and Prasadam.
On this occasion, Sriman Chanchalapati Dasa, President, Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir said, “We are very glad to be celebrating Sri Ramanavami in Delhi this year. It was our Founder- Acharya His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who desired to bring more and more people into the fold of devotion for Lord Rama and Lord Krishna, so that they could lead a peaceful, pure and happy life. We want to fulfill his wishes by holding such festivals. We are overwhelmed with the enthusiasm and devotion of people here in Delhi.” Shri Ravee Shanker, CMO, Infinity Group, which is developing ‘KrishnaBhumi’, a housing complex for devotees adjacent to Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, said, “We are excited to be associated with various initiatives and festivals of Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir. Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir is an upcoming skyscraper temple in Vrindavan. The temple is slated to rise to a height of 700 feet with a foot print of around 5.5 acres.
